Autoglass didn’t want to know when I asked about a leaking rear windscreen in my wife’s elderly Fiesta, but Garry gave good advice (refit the screen and avoid self-help with silicones!) and arranged a home visit within 24 hours. Scott arrived as promised, did a very efficient and tidy job, and patiently explained the process, the materials and the reasons why things are done as they are. Felt confident at every stage of the journey. Delighted with the result and wish I could give Premier a 6 star rating.

My rear window got smashed in Newcastle and after having perspex fitted to get me back up to Scotland, Premier Windscreens came out to fit a new window I bought online. I’m so happy with the service I received from Premier. The window I needed was on back order from the manufacturer and the team at Premier was fantastic about keeping me updated with the progress of the order. When the glass came in, they fitted it within an hour and even hoovered my car. The best part was the price – the quote I got from the major national glass company was 4x more than what I ended up paying at Premier. I will never go anywhere else than Premier for my auto glass needs.
